Got the
hydration system all worked out, I can fit both a 3L and 2L hydration bag behind my seat. And I'll have a spare bag, hose, and some nipples in my small repair/replacement kit, and a dromedary bag for extra water I'll store in a hatch.
The only remaining modification was to install the
underdeck bag, and reglue some thigh padding. I was going to wash and wax the kayak before leaving, but we might get more snow tonight, and it's cold, so dirty or not....
Under deck bag with bilge pump under bungies and between deck and bag.
I decided not to take my summer sleeping bag, even with fleece liner (rated to 40 deg. but really need >50 to be comfortable), and packed my winter bag. It takes a compression sack to jam it into the kayak, but I hate being cold.
I'm packing for cold, and rough weather and seas this year.

I'm glad to see I am not the only one who wears a headlamp when working on my boat!
